BUYER BEWARE they charge outrageous re-stocking fees even if you return a DOA phone! I purchased a ZTE Blade Spark, it worked for one hour. I had to drive over 30 miles to get to the store (it is the closest one to me) I didn't want to take a chance on another made in China piece of crap, when I wanted another phone, the employee said I would have to pay a $45 restocking fee. I asked to speak to the GM. They wanted me to pay an outrageous stocking fee...but had no interest in hearing about the fuel costs associated with exchanging multiple broken phones. The GM looked like he was under the influence of an illegal substance or alcohol. He was very upset that I requested to speak with him and he repeatedly talked over me. He was very upset and implied he was about to use physical violence if I didn't leave the store immediately. He obviously does not have the appropriate personality to work in a retail environment. I have contacted upper management in an effort to help him change careers. No one should be treated the way I was at this location. Not what you would expect from AT&T.

Bad place. Very dirty and has not ben updated and smells like mold. Will not let no one in oceana stay here. That says ALOT RIGHT?
